General Terms and Conditions of Volterzone

§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of ordering.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed mainly neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders through our online shop at https://www.volterzone.de.

The consumer can return to the page on which the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors by clicking the "back" button in the internet browser he or she is using before submitting the binding order. The consumer can also cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We immediately confirm receipt of the order by automatically sending an email ("order confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.volterzone.de. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he or she is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 3 working days. The deadline for delivery starts on the day after the payment order has been issued to the bank instructed to transfer the payment in the case of payment in advance, and on the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer when the item is shipped.
